General Terms & Conditions for Using MehrGift Services

Users are responsible for reading and understanding MehrGift’s terms and conditions before placing an order. Since there are multiple services with different policies, it is not possible to explain every detail for each service. To avoid misunderstandings, users should carefully review the specific terms before submitting a request. Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days, but in special cases, this period may take longer. If the requested service has already been provided, refunds will be issued without fees. Otherwise, the full amount will be refunded. If the service is not received, the paid amount will remain in MehrGift’s custody and will not be affected by exchange rate fluctuations upon refund. No interest will be accrued on amounts held by MehrGift. The paid amount will not be converted into foreign currency, meaning refunds will be issued without any additional profit. If an account is registered under a company name, MehrGift reserves the right to display the company’s name in the customer section. It is the user’s responsibility to read and comply with the terms and conditions.

Identity Verification Policies at MehrGift

Identity verification is an essential part of MehrGift’s services. We ensure that users’ identities are properly verified to prevent unauthorized or illegal transactions. By using our services, users acknowledge and accept these verification policies. In accordance with national regulations, MehrGift must request the necessary documents for identity verification before providing online services. Identity verification is generally done through a national ID card and bank card, but in special cases, a passport, identity card, utility bills, a selfie with the bank card and national ID, or a combination of these documents may be required. Purchases on the MehrGift platform must be made using the personal bank card of the account owner. Refunds can only be processed to the bank card used during the payment. Users are responsible for fully complying with the identity verification policies. Each user is allowed to create only one personal account – account creation for others is not permitted. Using another person’s account on MehrGift is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences. If an illegal financial transaction is detected during the verification process, the user’s account will be suspended, and the balance will be frozen until the issue is resolved. No interest will be applied to the refunded amount. MehrGift has three verification levels: Level 1: Entering personal and contact information. Level 2: Uploading a photo of the national ID card. Level 3: Uploading the bank card details, which must be in the name of the account owner.

Gift Card & Premium Account Rules

A gift card is a virtual code that adds credit to your account and cannot be recharged. The gift card code is sent via email or SMS. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder. All gift cards provided by MehrGift are 100% original. Since these are virtual cards, no receipt will be issued upon purchase. Purchasing a gift card requires identity verification, and all three verification levels must be completed. Once your verification is approved, the gift card code will be sent instantly. When purchasing a gift card, make sure its region matches your account; otherwise, the card cannot be refunded. Since gift card codes are one-time use only, they cannot be returned. Virtual gift cards do not expire. Read all order details carefully before purchasing Premium services for foreign accounts, as payments are non-refundable.
